Wallet & Session

Account balance & credits
Section titled “Account balance & credits”Every payment and credit on your account accrues in one account balance, shown on the Account page:
- USDC deposits you send to your deposit address are credited to your balance once confirmed on-chain.
- Account credits we add at our discretion (loyalty bonuses, goodwill gestures, refunds) are added to the same balance.
Each billing period, the required amount is paid automatically from your balance; what’s left carries forward. Unused balance survives plan changes and subscription cancellation.
- Expiry: Credits expire no more than 5 years after they are granted, at the expiry set when the credit is granted. On expiry, only the unspent portion of a credit is removed from your balance. Deposits never expire.
- Spending order: Deposited USDC is used first, then expiring credits.
- Non-withdrawable: Your balance is non-refundable and non-transferable; it cannot be withdrawn or converted to cash, and can only be used to pay for subscription services.
- Reversals: We may reverse a credit (for example, to correct an erroneous grant) by recording a compensating reversal against your balance.
